This Authority shall stand pursuant to the terms and conditions of any contractual agreement between E Funding (ABN: 61 145 999 828), trading as iinvoice ("iinvoice") and you. The administration of this authority is conducted by iinvoice. The services by iinvoice are administrative only and do not extend to the provision of any service or benefits by the Business. This authority shall be interpreted and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Queensland.

The payments are held in trust for 3 working days in case of Credit Card and Direct Debit payment and 1 working day in case of BPay and PoLi payment, and deemed cleared for payment to your nominated account on the 4th or 2nd working day in each case.
If you have chosen Pro or Direct Debit only, you have to execute a separate written Direct Debit Agreement of which form can be accessed through our homepage

The name on your customers bank statements for direct debit payments.

This name will appear on your customer's bank statement- Direct Debit from bank account only. "iinvoice"" will appear on the customer's credit card statement for credit card transactions.

By completing and submitting this Application Form, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read and considered our Software License Agreement, Billing Service Agreement, Direct Debit Service Agreement, and Product and Service Schedule, Privacy Statement and agree to be bound by all the terms and Conditions set out therein, as well as this Application Form.
These agreements (the Agreements) are legal agreements between you, a single legal entity identified in the information in this application and E Funding Pty Ltd (ABN: 61 145 999 828) trading as iinvoice ("iinvoice"). These Agreement governs your and your agent's access to and use of the iinvoice's online invoicing software and payment solutions (the "Service").
You acknowledge and agree that E Funding Pty Ltd (ABN: 61 145 999 828), trading as iinvoice ("iinvoice") may or may not, in its discretion, accept this Application and such acceptance is not established until efunding (trading as iinvoice) has acknowledged this application form.
To access and use the Service, you must have access to the Internet. You are responsible for all internet and mobile device fees incurred in using the Service.
By clicking "I have read and agree to the Terms of the Service", you indicate that you have read and understood and assent to be bound by the terms of the Agreements. If the person clicking on the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" button is an individual working for you, such person is agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Agreements on behalf of you and certifies that he/she is your agent and has all necessary authority to act on your behalf, including to bind you to the terms and conditions of the Agreements. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreements, you are not granted any rights whatsoever in Service.
